If you are restricted to skiing in the school holidays but you don't want to risk not getting the right snow conditions by skiing in early or late season, then your best bet is to look at the February half term. Feb is a great month in which to go skiing as traditionally the snow conditions are good, the temperatures, are not too low and there is a good chance of a few sunny days. If you are fortuitous enough you might even get a couple of perfect blue bird days after a fresh dump of waste high powder!
