Kirchberg is a busy and bustling town with plenty going on. It has a good apres ski scene and a nice touch of night life as well. The fact the Kitzbuhel can be so easily reached adds even more apres ski and night life offerings. Much of the local apres ski activities starts in the piste side bars and then spreads down into the village as the evening goes on. Schneebar Oberkaser is a particularly popular apres ski bar. As people gradually head down into the town the party is spread between a could collection of bars, of which the London Pub and the Australian themed Boomerang Bar are two popular choices. If you want a spot of dancing then head for Fuchsloch, and Der Tiroler is a popular bar as well.

Hahnenkamm Race Weekend

During the Hahnenkamm race weekend both Kitzbuhel and Kirchberg are extremely busy. The event takes place at the end of January. Kitzbuhel tends to book out earlier then Kirchberg so if you are looking to be in the area to experience this event then Kirchberg might be a good place to try if you can't find anything in Kitzhuel.
