With its original exposed wooden roof beams, stone fireplace and comfortable furniture, Chalet Simone evokes as traditional a chalet atmosphere as you’re likely to find in the Alps. Just imagine kicking up your tired feet, burrowing into a cosy sofa and listening to the warm crackle of the wood fire as you enjoy some delicious afternoon tea and watch snowflakes fall outside the wide windows…
Chalet Simone sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, with the option of adding a further 2 guests for whole chalet bookings. As with a number of our Meribel Mottaret chalets, location is the trump card here; getting to and from the ski slopes of the enormous Three Valley ski area is a matter of just a couple of minutes’ walk. What’s more, you can get a great idea of the day’s snow conditions from the chalet balcony which overlooks some of the main ski runs in the area.
Location:
Meribel Mottaret. Chalet Simone provides skiers with an almost unbeatable location to be able to enjoy all that Meribel Mottaret has to offer. Just 250 metres (approx.) from the main lifts in Meribel’s highest and most snow-sure village or 100 metres (approx.) from the blue Piste de la Reserve run, if you prefer to ski down. The local shops, ski hire, bars and restaurants are only 400 metres (approx.) away and within a few steps of the front door is a bus stop for the free resort shuttle.
